So let's go!!

We start by opening our tube, then window - duplicate (twice). We close the original.

On one of the 2 copies: Image - Resize 500 x 500.

We do a Gaussian Blur at 12.

Effects - image effects - seamless mosaic (angle / bilateral / 0/0/100 / linear).

Add a layer and place it under the stack. Fill this layer with a color from your tube.

Merge visible layers.

Effects - plugins - Filter factory Gallery A - raygun (46/0/255/40/110/40/73/39).

Effects - plugins - Filter factory Gallery A - raygun (60/173/98/65/45/118/255/27).

Effects - plugins - simple - diamond.

Effects - geometric effects - horizontal perspective (59 / repetition).

Effects - image effects - seamless mosaic (angle / bilateral / 0/0/50 / linear).

The tile is finished, go find it in the color palette - pattern / angle 0 / scale 100.
Open a new transparent image of 1920 x 500 px and fill it with using the paint tool.

The background is finished.

Resize the tube if necessary (no more than 500px high).

Paste the tube as a new layer on your background, on the left.
Make a drop shadow if desired.
Layers - merge visible layers.
 Add a layer, sign, merge everything and save in optimized .jpg (around 20).
