 Open your tube, duplicate and close the original.

Open a new image 1920 x 700 px.
Choose a light color and fill your new image,

Apply the filter - BorderMania - Rings:
(for the colors, choose some shades darker than your background)

Apply the filter BKG_Designer - Bkg Kaleidoscope - Kaleidoscope persian (255/255).

Use your magic wand like this:

Select this part:

Contract the selection by 40.

Apply the filter - Alien Skin Xenofex 2 - Rip Open:

Add a drop shadow (1/1/60/100/black).

Add a new layer and move it down.
Fill it with a color of choice.

Add noise (gaussian/monochrom/25).

Edit - copy and paste your tube as a new layer.
Add a drop shadow if you want.

Merges visible layers.

Apply the mask and merge visible

Add a new layer.
Move it down.
Fill it with color of your choice.
Merge layers.
